BunnyTeeth Technology Inc. uses a unique unbiased lysis technology that can specifically remove host cells and nucleic acids while retaining intact bacteria, fungi, DNA viruses, chlamydia, mycoplasma and other pathogenic microorganisms in the sample. Use BunnyPure Host Removal Kit and Zymo similar product to remove host DNA and then extract microbial DNA from 5 body fluid samples. Compared to no host removal, BunnyPure Host Removal Kit was highly efficient at removing host DNA, and the extraction yield of BunnyPure kit was consistent with the performance of those of competing products.

Use BunnyPure Host Removal Kit and Zymo similar product to remove host DNA and then extract microbial DNA from 5 body fluid samples. qPCR was performed on the conserved sequences of host DNA. higher Ct values indicated lower host DNA yield. The host removal ability of BunnyPure Host Removal Kit was is the same as similar products from competing companies.

Use BunnyPure Host Removal Kit to remove host DNA in alveolar lavage samples. Microbial DNA obtained with BunnyMag Body Fluids Microbiome DNA Isolation Kit entered the mNGS process with excellent quality control performance.

Z microbial standards were used as test samples into 5 alveolar lavage samples. Host DNA was removed by BunnyPure Host Removal Kit and Zymo similar product and microbial DNA was extracted. Also, library preparation and sequencing were completed. Compared with no host removal, this product was able to efficiently remove host DNA and significantly improve the detection of microorganisms.

Nuclease is stored at -20℃, Proteinase K at 2-8℃, and other reagents at room temperature.
