BunnyMag Genomic DNA Isolation Kit adopts superparamagnetic bead purification technology, to extract human or mammalian genomic DNA (gDNA) from 0.1-1mL of fresh or frozen blood or blood sediment. The kit uses a unique lysis buffer system that eliminates the need for additional treatment of red blood cell. The extraction process is simple and fast within 30 minutes.

Use BunnyMag Genomic DNA Isolation Kit and similar products from Qiagen, and gDNA extraction was performed on 5 clinical blood samples, respectively, and BunnyMag kit had high extraction yields.

Storage Condition
Please take out the magnetic beads and proteinase K and store at 2-8℃, and other reagents can be stored at room temperature. The validity period is 12 months.
